2221 Yonge Condos, Toronto

There’s never a shortage of things to do, eat, drink, or visit around in the area. Most importantly, there's an Aroma, Second Cup, Starbucks and Tim Hortons at the corner of Yonge and Eglinton, so coffee is definitely covered. In terms of actual food (rather than the daily caffeine fix), there are plenty of popular restaurants nearby: these run the gamut from as casual as McDonalds to as elegant as North 44.

For those who prefer to cook or entertain at home, several grocery stores can be found close to 2221 Yonge Street, either at the Yonge-Eglinton Centre just to the north, on Yonge Street, or on Eglinton Avenue East. There are also plenty of errand-running locations like banks, hardware stores, and pharmacies nearby.

For entertainment in the area, residents can check out one of the area’s unique bars or comedy clubs, or another option is to catch a film at one of Yonge and Eglinton’s two movie theatres. On more quiet, studious evenings, residents could visit the nearby Northern District Public Library.

A number of parks are quite close to the 2221 Yonge Street Condos, including Oriole Park, June Rowlands Park, Dunfield Park. There’s also Eglinton Park, complete with a baseball diamond, soccer field and hockey rink, and Sherwood Park, known for its ravine trails and off-leash dog park. Many schools also service the area, including John Fisher Junior Public School, St Monica Catholic School, Davisville Junior Public, Northern Secondary School. And North Toronto Collegiate.
