Notes on credit card information:
1. For reservations with a lease term exceeding 30 days: Please fill out your credit card information and submit it to the apartment no later than 7 days before check-in.
2. For reservations with a lease term of less than 30 days, please fill out your credit card information and submit it to the apartment no later than 24 hours before check-in.
Security Deposit:
3 months stay requires 1 month Security Deposit & 1 month advance rental
6 months and above requires 2 months Security Deposit & 1 month advance rental

[Booking Notice]
After receiving the confirmation letter and payment link, payment must be made within 72 hours; If the booking time is within 72 hours from the check-in time, please complete the payment within the same day after receiving the confirmation letter and payment link. Otherwise, the apartment will cancel the booking application. If there is still a need after exceeding the payment deadline, please contact the consulting advisor.

[Geographical Location]
The apartment is 300 meters away from the One north subway and is a four minute walk away.
One north is only one stop drive from Kent Hill MRT Station, and it takes about 2 minutes to reach.
The distance to NUS on foot is about 2 kilometers, within half an hour.
It is 700 meters away from One North Park and a 9-minute walk.
There are buses, subways, food stalls, and supermarkets nearby, which are super convenient. Various restaurants, such as Timbre Deliveroo Food Market, adjacent to the food center, Queenstown neighborhood, Jinmao, Dover, and Dutch village.

[Notes]
1. 2650 Single Bedroom is 12 square meters, and 3000 Studio is 17 square meters.
2. The apartment has free social space, a joint office, a public lounge, a social gym, a social kitchen, a swimming pool, and more. The joint office is on the first floor, the common kitchen is on the second floor, the laundry room is on the first floor, the gym is on the first floor, and the swimming pool is on the second floor.
3. Bills included.
4. Front desk 24H online.
5. Booking cannot guarantee the specific floor, and random allocation will be made during check-in.
6. Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time Is 12:00. The reserved room must be checked in after 3pm on the same day. If checked in before 3pm, according to Funan's regulations, an additional half day or one day's room fee will be charged. The latest check out time is 12:00am. If not checked out at 6pm, half of the room fee will be charged, and if not checked out by 6pm, the full room fee will be charged.
7. Cancellation or amendment of reservation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival date for stays of 30 nights and above. Failure to do so will incur 3-nights rental. Cancellation or amendment of reservation must be received at least 24hrs prior to arrival date for stays of less than 29 nights. Failure to do so will incur a 1-night rental. 
8. Pre-termination of a lease is not allowed upon commencement of the lease.  
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Neither the 2650 Single Bedroom nor the 3000 Loft are suitable for cooking, and cooking must be done in the common kitchen.
11. There is no small refrigerator indoors, but there is a TV, and there is a refrigerator in the common kitchen. The 2650 Single Bedroom has a 32 inch screen with projection function (no cable TV channel), and the 3000 Loft has a 43 inch screen with projection function (no cable TV channel).
12. Open wardrobe.
13. 2650 Single Bedroom and 3000 Loft can accommodate up to two people.
14. Free cleaning once a week (excluding Sundays and public holidays), additional cleaning is charged (20 SGD+8 SGD consumption tax), and requires 48 hours of prior notice.
15. Common laundromat available, launderette tokens at S$8 Nett per wash and S$8 Nett per dry.
16. All the above fees include a 7% goods and services tax.
17. Some rooms can have windows open, while others cannot. They will be arranged randomly after reservation.
