[Apartment Lease Period]
The lease term starts at 6 months.

[Cost details]
Direct rental of cooperative apartments does not require intermediary fees.
The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of a breach of contract, whether the payment terms are "one month's deposit and three months' rent" or "two months' deposit and one month's rent." 
Service management fee: A service fee of SGD 200 per person will be charged. which is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the rent. 
Services Content: Consultation and reservation, preparation of contracts, leading students to move in, familiarizing them with the living environment, assisting in following up and handling all issues after moving in. 

[Payment Cycle]
Monthly payment: Deposit two and pay one
Quarterly payment: Deposit one and pay three

The room is furnished and tidy.

The apartment is located near SHRM/TMC.
