Southgate is located directly across from the University of Birmingham, making it the ultimate spot for student living. Right on your doorstep, you'll find a variety of pubs, cafes, and essential stops, including ALDI, Sainsbury’s, and multiple international supermarkets. The University gym is also just a stone's throw away from Southgate – ideal for those into their fitness!

With excellent bus and train links nearby, the city centre is just a short trip away, making it easy to explore everything Birmingham has to offer!
