¡Se prevedi di traslocare dopo il 22.09, riflettici bene prima di prenotare questo appartamento! L'ex responsabile della reception, che era molto amichevole e accogliente, ha già dato le dimissioni. Ora, la nuova receptionist è una donna britannica. Gli orari di lavoro del servizio di messaggeria e della reception sono limitati: dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 9 del mattino alle 17 del pomeriggio. Se si verifica un problema in altri momenti, come dimenticare la carta di accesso o un allarme antincendio, potrai chiedere aiuto solo al team di sicurezza. Alcuni dipendenti qui sono estremamente poco professionali e scortesi, parlando spesso in modo scortese, mostrando indifferenza nei confronti dei pacchi di messaggeria, e a volte addirittura rifiutando di accettare e conservare i pacchi degli studenti, arrivando in ritardo e andandosene presto. Il bar e il ristorante si trovano di fronte all'appartamento, il che causa un grande disordine.

Julian Court, student accommodation in Coventry, offers a total of 66 finely furnished single en-suite rooms in a bright and spacious environment. The apartments are designed with a sense of design, plenty of storage space, and personalised management services. With free gym membership for all residents and occasional in-house events (including international holiday parties, job training, British cultural experiences, etc.), the Union brand is committed to creating the most humane student accommodation and making residents feel at home.

 

Features & Living Experience

Each room of the flat is fully furnished with furniture, and the Studio rooms are finely decorated. Equipped with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and office chair, bar table, bar chair, noticeboard, 32" wall-mounted TV, wall built-in mirrors, shelves and more. The kitchen has a stainless steel sink, cooker, 2-in-1 microwave oven, hood, refrigerator, and cabinets. All rents include water, electricity, internet, insurance, etc. 

 

Location and What's Hot? 

To Coventry University from the flat: approximately a 15-minute walk;

From the flat to the city centre: roughly a 10-minute walk;

From the flat to the railway station: a 9-minute walk;

From the flat to the bus station: approx. 4-minute walk;

From the flat to the University of Warwick: approximately 15-minute by bus.

 

A Nisa Loca Supermarket is close to the student accommodation, which carries fresh fruit, snacks and drinks, cigarettes, alcohol, sugar and tea, and general merchandise until late at night and is only a 2-minute walk away.

Julian Court goes for a niche light luxury style, creating 66 fully Studio independent rooms. The whole building is very quiet, which can provide a good environment for students to study and rest.

 

There is also a unique feature - two large floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Julian Court's three Studio room types were originally all floor-to-ceiling windows, and this design effectively ensures light.

Can I have guests to stay?

Due to COVID-19 we are not allowing guest at all. In normal circumstances, wewould allow guests to stay overnight for up to two consecutive nights but they will need to sign in with the management team at reception and cannot have their own key/fob. Any guests must be with you at all times and cannot be left alone in your room – this is due to only you as the resident being fully aware of our health and safety processes and policies. We will notifying our residents of any changes.
