The environment is quite nice. It is opposite the city hall, with supermarkets nearby. It is very close to the train station, about a 7-minute walk, and about a 15-minute walk to the school. The soundproofing is very good; I’ve never heard any noise from next door. The staff are also very friendly, but the front desk hours are a bit short, so sometimes when picking up packages, there’s no one available to open the door.

L’appartamento è completamente attrezzato con ogni tipo di servizio e tutto è ben mantenuto, rendendo l’uso quotidiano molto comodo e senza preoccupazioni. La velocità di internet è stabile e fluida, quindi sia il lavoro sia lo streaming di serie e programmi non ne risentono. La stanza ha anche un eccellente isolamento acustico, con pochi disturbi provenienti dai rumori esterni, creando un ambiente abitativo tranquillo e confortevole. Nel complesso, l’esperienza abitativa è stata eccezionale e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo. Se in futuro avrò di nuovo bisogno di un alloggio, darò sicuramente la priorità a soggiornare di nuovo qui. Lo consiglio sinceramente a tutti.
