【Cancellation during the cooling off period(s) 】 Where you have booked your Accommodation prior to 1st August the cooling off period if 7 days. Where you have booked your Accommodation after (and including) 1st August the cooling off period is 24 hours. If you cancel your tenancy after 24 hours of signing, then Cloud Student Homes reserves the right to retain your deposit (or partial deposit) in lieu of expenses occurred.
