Molto bene!!!
Un buon servizio, strutture complete e un'ottima atmosfera
Arrivare in anticipo e prenotare l'arrivo al mattino con una settimana di anticipo. Se soggiornate durante il fine settimana, si prega di inviare un'email in anticipo.
Il servizio di supporto in loco ha superato le aspettative.
Le attrezzature di questo appartamento sono molto nuove, mi piace molto questa decorazione, l'aria condizionata è davvero molto pratica!
L'ambiente è molto buono, è molto pratico andare a scuola, ci sono molti supermercati nelle vicinanze.

In generale, sono molto soddisfatto del mio appartamento. La camera con bagno in cui vivo è soleggiata e ben illuminata. Anche i miei coinquilini amano mantenere la pulizia ed essere educati l'uno con l'altro. L'appartamento è molto vicino al centro città. Lo svantaggio è che la reception non è aperta 24 ore su 24, e non è possibile ritirare i pacchi in qualsiasi momento. Ci sono state occasioni in cui i progressi delle riparazioni erano lenti, ma poi la nuova società di gestione immobiliare è migliorata. La ragione principale è che il mio appartamento costa solo 115 sterline a settimana, il che è molto, molto economico e non ho preoccupazioni per questi dettagli. La camera con bagno è abbastanza conveniente. Penso che questo monolocale potrebbe essere riservato per altre famiglie.
Le strutture sono nuove, con aria condizionata, camere spaziose e un buon servizio alla reception.
Questa camera è molto pulita e offre molto spazio per riporre.

How to pay rent?
Please enter the Student Portal interface of your apartment, click Review/Pay Statement to enter the payment interface, then tick the items that need to be paid, and click pay to enter the payment interface. The apartment supports online credit card payment (credit card is supported) or bank transfer 1. For online credit card payment, please ensure that the payment card type is one of the following four types: Mastercard/Visa/Visa Debit/Visa Electron. Carefully fill in the cardholder information, and please ensure that the payment card has sufficient credit, and the bank is opened and supports payment behavior. Please note that payment cards do not need to be present in person. 2. For bank remittance, please contact the apartment to obtain the transfer account under the guidance of the consultant, and then complete the corresponding payment in the bank. However, please note that wire transfers can take several business days to arrive, so payment needs to be arranged in advance.
