Can I bring overnight guests to Texan and Vintage?

Yes, overnight guests are generally allowed at Texan and Vintage for a limited number of nights. You must get approval from the property management team in advance and register your guests. If you are in a shared student flat, you also need to obtain consent from your flatmates. Please note that long-term stays are not permitted. Texan and Vintage has clear guest policies in place to guarantee the safety and privacy of all residents. For double occupancy requests, please email the Texan and Vintage team or contact your uhomes.com consultant for assistance. When can I move in to Texan and Vintage West Campus?

Your official move-in date is the start date of your tenancy agreement. The check-in date and address are clearly stated in the rental contract, and we will also send out a reminder email nearer the time of check-in. It's suggested to check in during working hours, e.g., 9:00 and 17:00, as staff will be ready to welcome you without any delays. If you arrive outside working hours, don't panic! There'll be staff on duty at Texan and Vintage West Campus. Just mention it beforehand in the email.
