Gli appartamenti Lofts at City Center sono tutti nuovi appartamenti a Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Con più livelli in tre edifici, offriamo il meglio in termini di servizi per il housing studentesco all'Università dell'Alabama. Ci troviamo in 10th Ave East vicino all'incrocio tra McFarland Blvd e University Blvd. Offriamo appartamenti con due camere da letto, tre camere da letto e quattro camere da letto con contratti di locazione individuali, cavo e internet inclusi. Ogni camera da letto dispone di un bagno privato! Forniamo arredamento per ogni soggiorno, con l'opzione di una camera da letto arredata. Ogni cucina è dotata di piani di lavoro in granito e elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. In order to facilitate the management of the apartment, the rent of the month is paid on the 1st of each month or in advance. I'm alone and don't have a roommate, can I rent?

Yes, the apartment provides individual lease. Individual leases mean that everyone is only responsible for their own bed space and public areas. If there is no roommate, the apartment will match you roommates according to your roommate's preferences (because of racial discrimination, roommate matching is not allowed to ask for nationality). If you want to live with your friends, apartment will try to arrange you in same unit.
